Partial Birth Abortion:

(20 to 32+ wks) removes the baby from the womb in a breech position until all but the head is delivered. The doctor performing this abortion cuts an opening in the base of the skull into which a suction device can be inserted. The brain of the infant is removed and then the head collapses allowing the fetus to be removed in one piece.
